Healthy Purdue transitions to CIGNA's Choose Well, Live Well

Healthy Purdue 2009 will end November 20 and transition to new offerings from CIGNA in 2010. StayWell Health Management will no longer be a vendor for Purdue. CIGNA will provide a health assessment, coaching, and other services. Each campus will continue to have offerings in worklife, wellness, and employee assistance services.

CIGNA’s Choose Well Live Well Personal Health Team will have new offerings, including an online health assessment and other programs, available at www.mycigna.com beginning January 1, 2010. If you are interested in CIGNA offerings, call CIGNA’s Choose Well Live Well Team at (800)767-7141 or e-mail PurdueLiveWell@CIGNA.com.

StayWell’s offerings for Purdue University – including employee access to StayWell’s Web site and any coaching programs employees are currently enrolled in – will end December 15. If you are currently enrolled in an online healthy living program, education center, or participating in any of StayWell’s online tools, you will need to complete them by December 15. For those who want to keep a record of their HealthPath Questionnaire results, here are the instructions to print a copy:

• Go to the StayWell Web site and log in.
• On the gray navigation bar across the top, select “HealthPath Questionnaire.”
• Select “Your Results Summary” from the drop-down list.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Print Page.”
