Blast off for Ralph’s World, the zany place where kids and their folks can rock out and sing along to cool, catchy tunes by indie rocker Ralph Covert. Also the front man for The Bad Examples, a popular Chicago band known for their high-energy pop-rock, Covert takes the same vibrant approach to children’s music, leading delighted listeners on excursions to the bottom of the sea, to a moon of Saturn, and to a most peculiar circus in just a few songs. If you’ve seen his music videos on Playhouse Disney or read his rave reviews in The New York Times and Parents Magazine, you know that Covert is the king of “kindie” rock and Ralph’s World is the place to be! Recommended for ages 2–8. General admission seating.

“Forget sickeningly sweet ditties. Ralph Covert makes indie rock for music fans who still hold their parents’ hands. It is possible that Mr. Covert will turn out to be (the) genre’s Elvis Presley, or at the very least its Elvis Costello.” – The New York Times
