Accessibility Requests

Candidates and/or their guests requiring accessibility assistance or seating to participate in the commencement ceremony should click on the following link: Accessibility Request.

Guests who requested accessible seating should enter Elliott Hall of Music through the accessibility doors located on the north and south sides of the building. (see map below)

If your guest has limited mobility, they may be dropped off at the north or south side accessibility doors for entry while the chaperone parks the car.

Elliott Hall of Music is located at 712 3rd Street, West Lafayette, IN.

There will be a police car located at the entrance of 3rd Street/University Street. Pull up and let the officer know you requested special seating and need to drop off the guest with limited mobility.

Elliott Hall of Music does not have elevators.

Accessibility Doors

All guests requiring accessible seating must have a ticket, supplied by the candidate as part of their ticket allotment, to enter. The last day to make an accessible seating request is two weeks before the event.

Headsets are available at no charge through the Elliott Hall of Music Box Office for those persons requiring hearing assistance. Call (765) 494-3933 for details.

American Sign Language interpreters will be at all ceremonies.
