Over 2,000 participants
from all regions of the United States, Hong Kong, and Japan have
completed CMI training. They represent all levels of higher education:
central administration; departmental business and financial personnel;
middle and upper management with new assignments; and academic
administrative personnel such as deans or chairpersons. Participants
bring varied perspectives from their involvement with purchasing,
student personnel, safety, facilities, academic affairs, and financial
management.
This program
is beneficial for individuals in
small and large
public and private institutions
who are interested in enhancing their leadership opportunities
in higher education administration. Participatory learning, supported
by a team of CMI alumni advisors, helps attendees apply knowledge
to practice as a means of creating opportunities for personal
growth and enhanced institutional quality.
