his BA (Summa Cum Laude) in communications and MBA from Ohio University.
Since 1986, Donadio has guided organizations and their managers
with training and one-on-one business communications coaching.
His practical concepts provide ideas and empower people to take
action. He works with leaders who want to go grow professionally
and organizations that want to grow their people. He has also
trained thousands of individuals from Fortune 100 companies like
Nationwide Insurance and Deloitte and Touché - to organizations
and associations, in a variety of industries.
Previously, Donadio served as an administrator at Ohio University,
Vice President of consulting services for a national corporation,
and as Executive Director for the nationally award-winning Ohio
Crime Prevention Association. As an educator, Patrick has taught
at The Weatherhead School of Management, The John Glenn Institute,
The Ohio State University, Ohio University and Columbus State
Community College.
Patrick has spoken nationally and internationally. He has appeared
on the same programs with such renowned speakers as Lou Holtz,
Notre Dame Legend; Elizabeth Dole; Harvey Mackay, best-selling
author of "Swim with the Sharks"; George Will, ABC TV
news analyst; and Comedian Jeff Foxworthy. Patrick is author of
numerous management and business articles, and has served as a
Goodwill Ambassador to Japan in 1991 and 1994.
