Executive Director of the CACUBO Collegiate Management Institute. Boulay
received a BA from George Washington University. Her graduate study
was in Health Care Administration and Finance at the University of Connecticut
and in Finance at George Washington University.
Boulay is president of EduSpeak, a management firm she founded in 1987
that specializes in customized professional development for higher education,
nonprofit and corporate entities. Services include design, implementation,
and comprehensive evaluation of training and professional development
programs for national and regional associations, individual colleges
and universities and corporate groups. Other services include project
management, full conference and events management, membership campaigns,
fundraising and general consulting.
From 1980-88 she was a staff member in the Professional Development department of NACUBO. She is a frequent presenter on planning and evaluation of training and professional development activities. Boulay has served as Director of the WACUBO Business Management Institute at Santa Barbara since 1993. As director, she is an ex-officio member of WACUBO's Board of Directors and serves on its Professional Development and Institutes Committees. This is Boulay's second year as Executive Director of CACUBO's Collegiate Management Institute, and she serves as a member of CACUBO's CMI Committee. She is a member of the Board of Southern Arizona Volunteer Management Association and is chair of its Strategic Planning and the Nominations Committees.
