Academic Computing

Academic Computing provides departmental, group, and individual computing services and support to colleges, schools, departments, centers, faculty, staff, and students for instructional, administrative, and research needs.

Academic Computing is represented by three liaisons who work closely with the University CIO Gerry McCartney to ensure that the goals and activities of the academic computing areas are working in concert with the broad efforts of the University.

The Academic Computing Liaisons provide a conduit for communication and collaboration between the University CIO and Purdue's Academic IT Leadership group, which is comprised of the IT Directors from the Colleges and Schools across campus.
