Assessment - Short Scales

There are two versions of these short scales. The regular version (S2) has a six point Likert Scale based on Bloom’s Affective Domain to use as an ordinal scale for teaching and formative assessment of the three corresponding rubrics of the Association of American Colleges and Universities VALUE Rubric Development Project. Please see: https://www.aacu.org/value/rubrics

The PLUS version (S2+) includes the same six point Likert Scale, but additionally students do critical thinking, and provide extra qualitative data using reflective writing based on description, interpretation, and evaluation.

Please note these scales are intended to be teaching tools and for formative assessment and not for summative evaluation.
