Fire Engine RED is committed to the complete privacy of client and end user information. We will never sell, rent or share data hosted on their behalf unless permission is given or 185 RED, Inc. is compelled by court order to do so.
Client and end user information is accessed for support issues only. We do analyze, in aggregate only, all information for the purposes of product improvement.
We exercise strict internal controls over those of our employees, contractors and consultants with access to client and end user information. Such access is granted only on a need to know basis.
FER provides mechanisms to enable clients to protect end user data. Cookies are used to facilitate the use of our software and allow clients to track end user activity. However, we do not issue any cookies which enable third parties to track activity or access client or end user information.
