    Community HealthNet

            Community HealthNet operates a number of community health centers in Lake County of Indiana. CGUS had                 worked with them on outreach activities, such as their Navigator program for recruiting vulnerable                         populations to Marketplace at the Food Pantry operated by the Salvation Army in East Chicago.
