Our Mission

To be a change agent that partners with community stakeholders to ensure the health and sustainability among the vulnerable populations in the State of Indiana, the US, and globally.

  • A dynamic transformation process that creates collective impacts on promoting sustainable ventures and health-related initiatives that address all levels of social determinants of health for the vulnerable populations through partnerships between the academia and the public, civic, and private sectors.
  • A catalyst in attracting research sponsors to support applications of disruptive innovations in business modeling and implementation science.
  • A centralized information repository for community-based collaborative efforts in enhancing health and wellness of all in Indiana, the nation, and global communities at large.
