In May 2008 , the Business Office for the Vice President for Research assumed responsibility from SPS for the post-award management of the grant programs that are managed through the OVPR. Specifically, this relates to the PRF XR Grants, the PRF SIRG Grants (both of which provide support for graduate students) and the various Indiana University/Purdue University Collaborative Grants programs, (CBR, CLSIR, and IARP). This means that you will now want to contact Shelley Burton - slburton@purdue.edu, or Christy Haddock - cjhaddock@purdue.edu for questions about account establishment and close-out, no-cost extensions, allowable charges, etc. These grants exist in the fund 45010000, which also contains the Graduate School Fellowship/Assistantship programs administered by Ashlee Robertson/Ted Daniels, as well as some grants which remain in SPS, administered by Margaret Andrzejewski.

The simplest way to determine which area you should contact for a grant in the 45010000 fund is by looking at Responsible SPS Account Manager in the responsibility tab of the grant (T-code GMGRANTD).
