<p>Hardcopy Proposal Submission Tracking</p>
The primary method of sending hardcopy proposal submissions from Purdue University is the Federal Express courier service. The University standard is to use the standard 24 hour delivery service that will allow the proposal to be received by the sponsor the business day following the submission. Federal Express provides a tracking service that shows at what stage of delivery the proposal is in and the receipt information once the sponsor has received it. To track a proposal submission that has been sent using Federal Express:
- Run inquiry for corresponding Coeus Institute Proposal Number.
- Open Institute Proposal Record
- Click on "Others" Tab
- Determine FedEx Tracking #: Field 11
- www.fedex.com
- Enter the FedEx Tracking number in the open block located in the center of page.
