I. Purpose

This purpose of this policy is to establish the hierarchy of authority and responsibility upon which all of the policy and procedure bulletins in this manual are based.

II. Scope

This policy applies to all employees.

III. Responsibility
The Director of Purchasing is responsible for the maintenance of this policy.

IV. Organization

The most current Business Office organization chart will represent the positions referred to in this manual.
