I. Purpose

This policy covers the Notification of changes of the Policy and Procedures Manual.

II. Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the secretary to the Director of Purchasing to prepare updates, additions and to communicate once the changes have been made.

Notification of changes to Website will be to:

1. All Purchasing Services staff on the main campus

2. Internal Auditor

3. Director of Food Services

4. Assistant Comptroller.

5. Purchasing Directors at each of the Regional Campuses

The Policy and Procedures Manual will be located on the Purchasing Services website. Only those mentioned above will have access with their career account and password. Distribution to anyone not on the master list must be approved by the Director of Purchasing.
