Purchasing Services facilitates the acquisition of goods and services required to meet the operational needs of Purdue University.

Vision:

Purchasing Services is an organization committed to facilitating the acquisition of goods and services required by the Unversity's faculty and staff in a timely manner, at the most reasonable cost, utilizing approved methods and available technologies.

Our professional proactive, creative staff achieve this by working in a productive, responsible, accountable, team environment. PS staff is assigned a customer base for consistency to the customer and workload tasks based on a commodity expertise to assure value-added and expedited services.
