Payroll Appointment Service Center
The Payroll Appointment Service Center (PASC) processes, reviews and audits all personnel actions and validates employment eligibility to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of payroll and appointment actions.

Key tasks performed by the PASC include:
- Address Change
- When requesting an address change, there are various ways to complete this procedure.
- The employee can complete a Form 13 stating "address change only."
- The employee can complete the address change themselves by using ESS (Employee Self Service).
- The Business office or employee can send an email with the unique identifiers of either PRNR# or PUID with the employee's full name and new address
- *Undergraduate students will need to change their address with the Registrar through the Banner system.
- When requesting an address change, there are various ways to complete this procedure.

PASC staff routinely interface with University business offices, the Provost's office, internal and regional campus human resources offices, and the Vice President for Business Services System Support Group.
