HOURS OF OPERATION
The Building Emergency Plan (BEP) is designed to provide students, faculty, staff and visitors basic warning notification system, shelter-in-place, and building evacuation emergency information for natural and human-caused incidents. It is updated every August and February of each academic year by the FREH Building Deputy.
In the event of a fire, evacuate the building and get as far away as possible. Meet at your department's specified emergency evacuation area (this information can be found in your department's Business Continuation Plan or the BEP).
- In the event of inclement weather or a situation that requires individuals to shelter-in-place (i.e. civil distrurbance, hazardous materials release, or as directed by campus safety personnel, proceed to the lowest level of the building (ground floor). Meet at your department's specified emergency evacuation area (this information can be found in your department's Business Continuation Plan or the BEP).
GENERAL BUILDING INFORMATION
The FREH Manual provides additional information about FREH building-wide policies. Updates and edits are on a rolling basis. All employees should review the guide in order to receive the most up-to-date information on building procedures.
Quarterly newsletters are emailed to building occupants with updates and other pertinent information. Copies of the newsletters may also be found below:
