Every person named on a proposal as either an Investigator or Key Person may have certain pieces of individual information edited. The majority of this information is automatically populated from the data contained in the individual's Coeus Person Record. Coeus Person record information is fed directly from the SAP HR module.
 NOTE: Changing Person Details will only impact the specific proposal record where the changes have been made. For permanent changes to person information, it is necessary to first update data held in the SAP HR module and allow those updates to filter to the Coeus Person Record. |
Person Details Editable Fields

Edit Person Details
1. Person Details page for the specific individual must be open
2. Click on the desired field and either enter the information or overwrite the existing
3. Click "Save"

NOTE: If record is not saved after editing the details for each person, changes will not be reflected in the proposal record. |
4. Once changes are saved, click "Return to Investigator" to go back to the Investigators/Key Persons screen.
