The Organization window lists information of both Purdue and the performance sites. This window is only utilized in System-to-System submissions.
Proposal Organization
Defaults from centrally maintained information. Lists the Contact, mailing address and congressional district that will populate on a Grants.gov form
Performing Organization
Defaults from centrally maintained information. Lists the Contact, mailing address and congressional district that will populate on a Grants.gov form
Performance Sites
Individual Performance Sites may be manually added to an individual record. There can also be multiple Performance sites listed.
1. Add a Performance Site: Click the "Add Organization/Location" link, (Figure 1). Type will default to "Perfomance Site".
2. Location: Free text field, type "Purdue University"
3. Click "Find Address" and complete the Rolodex search for the desired location address (Figure 3).
 NOTE: For instructions on how to add entries to the Rolodex please go here -or- contact SPS Pre-Award to have an address added. |
4. Click Add Cong District (Figure 4): New text field will become available, please type IN-004
5. Click "Save"
