| Proposal Type: | The listed Type should be consistent with Grants.gov requirements. For more information regarding Proposal Types, please go here. |
| Activity Type: | Categorization of the proposal for reporting purposes and also sets the default F&A rate on the budget. |
| Start Date: | Proposed date that the project will begin |
| End Date: | Proposed date that the project will conclude |
| Original Proposal Number: | If the proposal is a Type-Resubmission, the original Institute Proposal number should be listed. |

| Agency/Sponsor: | Funding agency that the proposal will be directly submitted to. |
