Attachments may now be uploaded to any Coeus Institute Proposal record.  The purpose of this functionality is to provide Sponsored Programs Administrators the ability to electronically attach and manage documents to an IP that are obtained between the points of proposal submission to sponsor and the notice of award/not funded.  The IP Attachments function is similar to the Proposal Development Narratives with a few minor differences.

NOTE:  Please note the following regarding IP Attachment functionality –

  • Proposal Development Narrative attachments do NOT display in the IP Attachments window
  • Creating new IP Sequences (either manual or by Resubmissions) will NOT overwrite previously uploaded attachments
