Lost/Stolen Card
Your first PUID card is free. If your card is lost, damaged or stolen you will be responsible for paying a replacement fee. PUID cards never expire, so keep your card even if you leave the University. Should you ever return as a student, staff or faculty member, your card will resume accessing the services for which you are eligible.
Temporary ID Cards
If you misplace your card, you can get a Temporary ID card for $3. This Temporary ID card is good for 3 business days.
Replacement ID Cards
Replacement ID Cards can be purchased for $20 payable by cash, check, or BoilerExpress only. Debit or credit cards can not be accepted.
Identity will be verified for everyone.
If you do not have a photo ID and need a replacement card, you can prove your identity by providing TWO of the following pieces of documentation:
- Printed class schedule with name (Concise schedule)
- Piece of mail with name and address
- Paycheck stub with name and address
- Credit or debit card
- Certified copy of their birth certificate
- Social Security card
Identity must be verified with the photo in the system.
A new photo will be taken for every card issued.
