Web Standards and Procedures
- Web-authoring Tool: FrontPage 2003
- Secure FTP Tool: SecureFX
- All Business Services web pages must follow the
Business Services web standards.
- Template tabs must either be done in Macromedia Fireworks or done by the Web Designer/Developer.
- When creating PDF forms, they need to be made as interactive forms.
- The Xenu tool needs to be run on web sites once a month to check for broken links.
- The following process must be followed when
requesting or changing access to a web account. (For both the Cluster server & ColdFusion server)
- If your site needs security, choose from the following
web levels of security. Contact the Web Coordinator/Developer to have a level of security applied to your page, directory or site.
