Business Process, Training, and Communications (BPTC) for Business Services
BPTC collaborates with Business Services to develop and deliver training and communications programs that develop University employees’ knowledge of business processes to help them achieve excellence in their University responsibilities, while supporting Business Services career development.
BPTC provides information and training to Business Services staff to establish a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be used immediately in performing daily work activities.
The Business Process, Training and Communication for Business Services team provides analysis, design, development and/or delivery of the following:
- New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- Business System End User Training
- Business Process Training
- Data Handling and Security Training
- Business Process Management
These services include the maintenance of materials (both classroom administered and Web delivered), and the coordination of logistics and metrics for each course.
The center publishes a twice-weekly newsletter called Business @ Purdue News and provides content and maintenance support for the following websites and news publications:
