Business Process, Training, and Communications (BPTC)


BPTC develops and delivers training and communications programs that develop University employees’ knowledge of business processes to help them achieve excellence in their University responsibilities, while supporting career development.


BPTC provides information and training to staff to establish a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be used immediately in performing daily work activities.

Request for Services:

To request a brand new training opportunity or a redesign of current courses, please complete the Training Development Request Form, which will allow BPTC, in conjunction with training coordinators and directors, to assess and prioritize training needs and provide appropriate solutions. 

For maintenance of materials (both classroom administered and Web delivered), and the coordination of logistics and metrics for each course, please contact our team at BPTChelp@purdue.edu.
