Spring 2009-10 PAR Training to Be Offered in May - 04/15/10
Spring 2009-10 Personal Activity Report (PAR) training will be 2:30-5 p.m. May 12 and repeated 9:30 a.m.-noon May 13. Both sessions will be held in Lawson 1142. The May 13 presentation will be live-streamed via AdobeConnect.
The first half-hour of PAR training will be geared to participants who have attended previous sessions and will include important reminders and a brief summary. After a short break, a more detailed training session will be oriented for attendees new to PAR training and those who want a refresher.
Online self-registration is offered through PREMIS, available to staff members with their Purdue career account and password. Once logged in, click “Business Systems,” and then “Accounting.” Participants can choose which session they want to attend, but there is no separate registration for the half-hour sessions. Attendees who plan to view the May 13 presentation remotely also must register.
PARs will be distributed during the training, and business managers will be asked to sign the PARs for their area. Participants who view the May 13 class via AdobeConnect must have a business manager come to the training in Lawson 1142 to collect their PARs.
