Space Still Available for Fourth Course in ‘Life Cycle of an Account’ Series - 02/16/10
Enrollment for the next class in the “Life Cycle of an Account” series – “BLCA 230: Account Management First Steps, Part II,” meeting Wednesday morning – is still open.
BLCA 230 covers policies and procedures for the beginning steps of account management at Purdue, including:
-- Notice to proceed (NTP)
-- Electronic award notices
-- Award set-up
Heather Toro and Mary Millsaps of Sponsored Program Services are the instructors.
The two-hour class will meet 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Feb. 17 in Lawson Computer Science Building, Room 1142.
Online self-enrollment through PREMIS is available to staff members with their Purdue career account and password. To access “BLCA 230 – Account Management First Steps, Part 1” after logging in, click “Business Systems,” then “Life Cycle of an Account.” Attendance is limited to 60. Course materials are available on the Life Cycle of an Account page of the Business Services Training and Communications Web site. Attendees will be expected to print out the materials and bring them to the class.
Employees interested in taking the course should work with their supervisors or training coordinators to determine whether they need to attend.
