Recharge Center Training Opens for Enrollment - 09/16/10
Registration opens today for “BSRC 200—Recharge Center Training.”
The training session will be 1:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12 in Room 1109 of the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering (ARMS), 701 W. Stadium Ave. Participants from regional campuses will have the option of viewing the session live online via Adobe Connect.
“BSRC 200” will define the recharge center policy and give an overview of underlying concepts, processes and documentation needed for successful management of recharge center operations. The training is required for business managers and support staff with recharge responsibilities, such as setting rates, preparing rate requests and monitoring whether fund balance is within tolerance. It will be led by Kim Hoebel of Costing.
Class attendees must preregister online via PREMIS with their Purdue career account and password. Once logged in, click “Business Systems,” then “Accounting” to open a list of classes. To complete the enrollment process, select “BSRC 200” and follow the instructions. Attendees who plan to view the presentation remotely also must register. Prior to the class, they will receive an email with the URL that will connect them to Adobe Connect.
