Cost Distribution Process Training Course Is Scheduled - 07/29/10
“BCOST 210—Cost Distribution Process Training” for cost administrators will be repeated in August and is open for enrollment.
The class is scheduled for 8:30 am. to noon, Friday, Aug. 20 in the ITaP Training Room located on Freehafer’s second floor. Although the training was created for cost administrators new to their role, it is open to anyone who wishes to review the cost distribution processes.
“BCOST 210” will cover the cost distribution process using Infotype 27, the common warning and error messages, and grant validity dates and how they affect cost distribution with a sponsored program. The class also will include how to process post-payroll corrections, and Tammy Muthig will demonstrate and discuss the Cost Distribution Verification report. Members of the Costing Office staff will facilitate.
Space in this class is limited. To be assured of a seat, participants must preregister online via PREMIS with their Purdue career account and password. After logging in, click “Business Systems,” then “Human Resources” for a list of classes. To complete the enrollment process, select “BCOST 210” and follow the instructions.
