Cost Distribution Process Training Course Opens for Registration - 03/25/10
“BCOST210—Cost Distribution Process Training” for cost administrators is open for enrollment.
The class is scheduled for 1:30-5 p.m. Thursday, April 15 in the ITaP Training Room located on Freehafer’s second floor. Although the training was created for cost administrators new to their role, it is open to anyone who wishes to review the cost distribution processes.
BCOST210 facilitators Kim Hoebel, Tammy Muthig and Cindy Davis will define the cost distribution process using Infotype 27, review the common warning and error messages, and they will explain grant validity dates and how they affect cost distribution with a sponsored program. They also will demonstrate how to process post-payroll corrections.
Online self-enrollment for “BCOST210—Cost Distribution Process Training” is available through PREMIS with staff members’ Purdue career account and password. To access BCOST210 after logging in, click “Business Systems,” then “Human Resources” for a list of classes. Click “BCOST210” and follow the enrollment instructions.
