SPS Must Receive Notification Form When Submitting Proposal - 09/18/08

Fall is a busy time for proposal submissions, and as business staff become aware of proposals, they must notify Sponsored Program Services by filling out and submitting the Proposal Notification Form. If some of the information requested is unknown, the form may still be filled out using all zeros or typing “Unknown” in the fields.

Early notification is key. Also keep in mind that Pre-Award Services offers assistance to faculty and business office staff in preparing proposals.
