SPS to Discuss Tips & Tools at Brown Bag Lunch Event in May - 04/29/10

Sponsored Program Services will host a brown bag luncheon to discuss tips and tools to assist staff in the account management of SPS accounts.

The event will be noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 18 in Room 241 of Pfendler Hall of Agriculture (PFEN).

Topics to be covered include:
• Travel rates on state-funded (4201 funds) projects
• Expiring accounts (expectations for 120-90-60-30 days before expiration)
• Tool to assist in clearing overdrafts
• SPS prior approval website

SPS invites staff to bring their lunch and a co-worker for an educational hour.
