Business Suspended with MTS Systems Corp. - 03/31/11

MTS Systems Corp. (MTS) has been suspended from doing business with the U.S. federal government, as well as from directly or indirectly receiving funding as a sub-recipient where the prime agreement is with a federal government agency.

Current sub-awards with MTS funded by a prime federal agreement are not impacted by the suspension, but they cannot be amended or extended without approval from the federal sponsor.

No new sub-awards may be entered into with MTS, nor can MTS be used as a vendor if the source of payment is federal funds.
