Account Assignments for Two Sponsored Classes Have Changed - 07/9/09

Sponsored Program Services (SPS) has announced that effective July 7 the sponsored classes mapped to two general ledger (GL) accounts have changed.

The changes are:

-- 530085, Non-postage Mailing Charges, now is mapped to 78499, Other S&E (Supplies & Expenses). Previously, it was mapped to 78435, Publication/Duplication.

-- 539850, Capital Recharge or Recovery, now is mapped to 78510, Capital Equipment. Previously, it was mapped to 78440, Alteration-Renovation.

Activities for these GL accounts on SPS reports will move to the new sponsored class as reports are generated.
