Retirement Incentive Program: Checklist and Forms Accessible Online - 11/30/10
A new checklist is available online for business staff who process paperwork for faculty and staff approved for retirement under the Purdue Retirement Incentive Program.
The Business Office Checklist for Retirement Incentive Approvals, developed by Human Resources, provides a set of steps to guide the retiring faculty or staff member’s business office in completing forms, quota payouts and separation materials associated with the Retirement Incentive Program.
