Tracking of Grad Students Quotas to Change July 1 - 06/29/10

Vacation and sick leave quotas for fiscal year graduate students will no longer be tracked in SAP, effective July 1; nor will leave quotas appear on grad students’ pay statements.

Graduate students need to continue to complete the Form 33Absence and to submit it to their supervisor for signature and appropriate routing. Business offices will need to track balances and retain the Form 33A.
