AY Limited Term Lecturer Reappointment Scheduled for Spring - 11/20/12
The reappointment application for academic year limited term lecturer appointment changes effective Jan. 1 has been scheduled. The dates are:
- System open date: Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012
- System close date: 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013
- Reappointment spreadsheets with Approved LTL Contracts due to the Payroll Appointment Service Center (PASC): 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013
- Reappointment-update report on Business @ Purdue on the Appointment Changes page under “Helpful Links/Reports”: Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013
Complete updated details on the reappointment system are available online in the Reappointment User Documentation. The contract’s begin date defaults to 01/01/2013. DO NOT CHANGE THIS DATE.
Reappointment Process Guidelines are available online on the PASC website. Reference Page 4 for specific guidelines on format and setup of downloaded spreadsheet to be submitted to the PASC. A sample download spreadsheet also is available.
NOTE: The reappointment application will NOT be used for graduate student staff for spring 2013. A Personnel Action (PA) Form is required to make appointment changes for graduate staff.
Access to the Reappointment System
Verify that the appropriate staff have access to org units for your area. To request new user access to the reappointment system, please send an email to Heather Underwood AND Linda Tripp. Please include user name (first and last), alias, and org unit number(s).
