Payroll Asks Business Offices to Process Quota Payouts Without Delay - 10/26/10
The Central Payroll Office reminds business offices to process their outstanding quota payouts as quickly as possible.
Payroll says it currently has a long list of employees in need of a payout but whose paperwork has not been processed by their business office. It urges business offices to process any Quota Payout Request Form in a timely manner to accurately compensate employees. Conversely, for income tax purposes, it’s important for the employees to receive their payments during the calendar year, Payroll noted.
Business offices may send their prepared Quota Payout Request forms with the appropriate signature to Central Payroll by the required deadline to ensure prompt processing. For deadlines, please see paydate calendars on the Payroll Department website.
The Quota Payout Request Form can be accessed on the Business @ Purdue website listed under the “People/Compensation” categories page. It also is available on the Payroll Department website, listed under the “Forms” gold tab.
Questions about the quota payouts may be emailed to Tracy Sondgerath.
