Holiday Pay Procedures Unchanged by OT and Callback Policy Revisions - 01/4/11
Revisions to Purdue’s overtime and callback policies, effective Jan. 3, do not change the University’s holiday pay procedures.
When benefits eligible, bi-weekly paid employees are required to work on the designated holiday, they are compensated for the holiday based on their CUL at their regular hourly rate. They also receive a premium rate of 1-1/2 times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked on the holiday.
