Job Description: Assist the College of Science’s director of Financial Affairs with the management of the finances and business services for the College of Science and serve, along with the director of Financial Affairs, as a resource/liaison for the College of Science and central offices. Provide proper interpretation of University, federal, state, and sponsoring agency policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with central business services operations and other related entities in meeting the strategic goals of the College and the University. Serve as primary business resource for several associate deans and the directors that work under them. Supervise departmental business managers within the College. Serve as back-up to director of Financial Affairs.

Job Description: Direct the management of finances and business services for the departments of Field Extension and Agriculture Information Technology (AGIT). Provide proper interpretation of University, federal and sponsoring agency policies and procedures. Serve as key resource/liaison for department heads, faculty and staff. Resolve complex issues, interfacing frequently with central offices and director of Financial Affairs for Agriculture.

BUSINESS MANAGER, DISCOVERY PARK ADMINISTRATION
Job Description: Serve as business manager for Discovery Park Administration. Provide management and oversight for all business office functions including payroll, travel and purchasing. Heavy emphasis on the management and reporting related to large inter-disciplinary awards. Manage grants and contracts funded by all sponsoring agencies within the center. Work closely with business offices on campus and acts as a liaison and advisor to center directors, vice president for research director of Financial Affairs, Discovery Park assistant director of Financial Affairs, Discovery Park Sponsored Program manager and business offices on campus.
