Deadline for Kaplan Award Nominations is Friday, Feb. 8 - 01/31/13
Business Services staff who intend to nominate a co-worker for the 2013 Eleanor Kaplan Award for Exceptional Customer Service have until Friday, Feb. 8
Nominees for the award must presently work as a business manager, post-award specialist, account assistant, business assistant or account clerk in the business management area on the West Lafayette campus, have at least three years of service within Business Services, and have exhibited exceptional customer service in one or more of the following ways:
• Made significant contributions to improving customer service in their department, school or organization
• Demonstrated the ability to incorporate outstanding improvements in their department, school or organization through individual leadership
• Exhibited creative or innovative methods in providing customer service
• Specific examples are vital to a strong nomination
Staff who know someone meeting the Kaplan Award criteria may complete a 2013 Nomination Form and/or a letter of recommendation citing specific examples of their nominee’s exceptional customer service. Forms and letters may be submitted via campus mail to Joanna Hutchins, Department of Business Managers, FREH; or by email to email@example.com. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 8.
Staff may direct any questions about the Kaplan Award to their director of financial affairs.
