Reminder: Please Advise Training Team of All Procedural Changes - 04/14/09

When staff update their departmental processes, procedures or policies, they are asked to share the revised information with the Business Services Training and Communications team.

Often a change in the way a task is accomplished or a policy is defined will affect the way corresponding training is presented for that department.

Since the training team’s formation in November, numerous new training courses are being developed for several business office departments. Oftentimes posted processes, procedures and policies weigh heavily as resources for course content.

Please help ensure that the Business Services training team is teaching the most up-to-date and accurate material available by advising them of all task-related change.
