First Meeting in Accounts Payable’s Brown Bag Lunch Series Is Next Week - 01/14/10

The Central Accounts Payable Office invites staff to its inaugural Brown Bag Lunch meeting, noon-1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20 in Freehafer 1-1 and 1-2. For its first event, Accounts Payable will discuss GR/IR: what it is, what to look for and how to fix it.
Participants are invited to bring their lunch and their questions.

The new series of interactive, lunchtime meetings will be held noon-1 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in Freehafer. The topics will vary each month and will be geared to help staff better understand different aspects of Accounts Payable. Gayle Stetler and Karen Morehouse of Accounts Payable will facilitate.

Future meeting dates are: Feb. 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17, and Dec. 15.
