OTO Offers Reminder About Bank Account Signatory Changes - 07/23/09
When a signatory on a Purdue University-held bank account undergoes any type of change – for example, the need to add or remove an authorized signer – the business office initiating the change is responsible for informing the Office of Treasury Operations (OTO).
Upon notification, OTO will prepare the new signature cards and resolutions for the bank.
University-held bank accounts include departmental accounts, revolving funds such as checking accounts used for research purposes, and all other operating accounts.
