Reminder: Physical Facilities Requests for Services - 05/12/09
Physical Facilities’ Work Request Center (WRC) is available to answer questions and assist with system navigation in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
Requests for services from Physical Facilities are recorded in the Plant Maintenance module. Departmental staff with access to the PM Department Requestor role may create work orders for repairs or other services costing $2,500 or less.
Services estimated to cost more than $2,500 will require a Request for Professional Services (RPS) form. Additional information on RPS can be accessed on the Office of the University Architect Web site by clicking “Processes and Procedures” under the “Project Management” tab near the top of the page.
A training guide is available for new users or those who need to review creation and display of work orders.
Training, including desk-side training, is available by emailing or phoning WRC Supervisor Sherry McQueary at 494-8001; or Training Specialist Chuck Anderson at 496-1082.
More information about the WRC is available by emailing the WRC office or calling 494-9999 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
