The calendar provides a list of activities which need to be completed by various departments to close the accounting books at fiscal year end. Items that are new this year are marked with an N followed by a number in the "Last Year's Number" column.
If you select the PDF version of the detailed schedule, use the Edit/Find capability to locate a particular activity and/or date. These are a few SEARCH possibilities: 
-by date (mm/dd or mm/ format) -by keyword (ex. PARS)
