Account Information Management System (AIMS)
A tool used by faculty, business office, and SPS staff to access information on sponsored program accounts.
An Electronic Procurement System that automates many routine procurement processes.
Assists staff in locating the latest version of Business Forms used to conduct business throughout Purdue University.
Business Services Training Application
This web-based application allows online tracking and registration for courses being offered within Business Services. Users can sign up for classes, view their schedules, and make schedule adjustments. Courses can also be added, edited, scheduled, maximum enrollment set, and course rosters viewed if a user has administrative rights. Currently, this application is only available to selected departments, but will be open to all Business Services in the near future.

This is the entrance into the OnePurdue system for employee self service, purchasing, and reporting.
Centralized location of all Business Services Web Calendars. Those calendars in red utilize the new WebEvent Calendaring System.
A product that allows users to view scanned documents via the web. This application is being utilized by Business Services staff to view certain processed business documents scanned by Central Files staff.
