 EFFECTIVE DATE: 1 May 1983

SECTION II.l. of Executive Memorandum No. B-57 is changed as follows:

2. STAFF SPOUSE

   1. The spouse of a staff member classified under I.1, I.2, and I-3 is eligible for remission of the non-resident tuition fee.

The only change to II.l. is the addition of I-3. This addition allows the spouse of an adjunct faculty member or associate staff member as defined in Executive Memorandum No. B-20 eligibility for remission of the non-resident tuition fee.
