In accordance with the By-Laws of the Board of Trustees of the University, as amended 16 September 1964, the following delegation of authority and responsibility for signing the types of University contracts and agreements listed below is hereby made by the President and the Vice President and Treasurer:

All contracts and agreements signed under the above delegation of authority and responsibility will conform to the general policies of the Board of Trustees. Copies of all contracts and agreements so signed shall be filed with the Vice President and Treasurer of the University.

Contracts and agreements not coming within the above delegation of authority and responsibility shall be referred to the Vice President and Treasurer for processing and signature.
